Via Removals & Storage 1997 Ltd

Property clearances, removals and waste collection in Nelson and surrounding areas

We’ve been moving and clearing homes since 1997, and from our base in Nelson we now cover a 50-mile radius across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire. That takes in Burnley, Colne, Blackburn, Preston, Bradford, Huddersfield and everywhere in between. We’re registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU285125) and fully insured, so whatever we take away is handled legally from start to finish.

Pendle Borough Council offers bulky and DIY waste collections for individual items, but when an entire property needs emptying, that’s where we come in. Our house clearance service can cover a single room or every room in the house, whether you’re moving on, downsizing, or getting a property ready to sell or let. Garages, lofts and outbuildings are no problem, and we can deal with garden waste and leftover materials from home improvement projects too.

Businesses call on us to clear offices and commercial premises, often alongside a move, as we also handle business removals.

We separate what we collect so that reusable items and recyclable materials can be kept out of landfill wherever possible.

What makes us different is that a clearance is rarely a job on its own, and we can handle everything that goes with it. Alongside rubbish removal, we offer house and business removals, packing, storage and property cleaning, so a home can be cleared, cleaned and handed back in one go. Our fleet ranges from vans to 7.5-tonne lorries, so large jobs take fewer trips. Every job is carried out by our own staff, with no sub-contractors. We carry out surveys seven days a week, and the price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.
